This pretty modern stone cottage is on the site of an original turnpike Toll House beside the bridge over a mountain stream, situated on the A487 at the edge of the small village of Dinas within easy walking distance of the small cove at Aberbach, where there is a lovely walk down to the beach through the lane close by.

The cottage is also close to Pwllgwaelod beach, from where you can walk around the spectacular Dinas Island headland to the little beach at Cwm Yr Eglwys. For those who prefer hill walking, the heart of the Preseli Hills with their famous blue stones quarried for Stonehenge is just a few minutes drive away.

This cottage has easy access and spacious accommodation, double glazing and full central heating, ideal for a couple or small family. A ramp is provided in the garage for wheelchair access and the cottage is spaciously but unobtrusively set out to support disabled visitors. On the opposite side of the road is half an acre of garden, with a large fishpond and woodland garden with many trees, rhododendrons, camellias and a variety of flowering shrubs. Garden furniture is provided.

This single storey cottage is in the form of a large bungalow spaciously designed with wheelchair access via a ramp from the garage into the lounge.
The front door leads into a light hallway. The kitchen which is fully fitted, with pine kitchen units, electric ceramic hob cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, dining table and chairs.
The lounge is very comfortably furnished with settee and easy chairs, and an upright higher level armed chair. There is a circular dining table and chairs.
43″ TV with Freesat, DVD, video and CD/radio mini system. There is a bookcase, puzzles and maps.
The large bedroom contains a king size bed and a single bed. A Z-bed is available on request for an additional child. Bed linen is provided for the beds which have duvets
The bathroom contains bath with electric shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC.
There is a tumble drier in the garage
Children and babies are welcome. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
