From Granston Cottage it is a short walk down this leafy lane to Tregwynt Manor. Fishguard Art Society are holding their Summer Exhibition. It is well worth the visit.

Something to celebrate?
We did! Our 40th wedding anniversary! By using the four cottages we could have all our children and grandchildren to stay for the week. A lovely service at Granston Church with a buffet party for family and friends. A very big thank you to our wonderful family, friends, Vicar Don MacGregor and Cottage Caterers for making it a very special day.

Flowers on the Coastal Path
At this time of year the Coastal path is full of flowers from the drifts of campion and yellow vanilla perfumed gorse to orchids. Around every corner there are views to take your breath away. If you have not visited this quiet unspoilt part of Wales you are missing a treat.

Barley Day parade
The Barley day parade in Cardigan dates back over 100 years. It is always held on the last Saturday of April in the town centre.
This year there were many horses ranging from the little feisty Shetland ponies to the wonderful Shire horses and carriage horses. Following these was a large parade of vintage tractors followed by classic cars, buses and lorries. Well worth putting the date in your diary.
